With over 7 years of expertise, I've developed a keen eye for designing covers that are both visually appealing and indicative of the book's content. I feel that a book cover is more than just a picture; it is a key that opens the door to the tale inside.I primarily specialize in fantasy genres but am flexible to other genres. Each cover I create is meticulously constructed to portray the essence of the story and capture the reader's imagination.

Design Process

Lucenthaven Covers believes in a strong partnership with clients. We value your input and ideas throughout the design process. We will work closely with you to ensure your vision is reflected in the final product.

Design Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment of the project fee, the client becomes the sole owner of the final book cover design. You have the exclusive right to use the design for your book and related marketing materials.Lucenthaven Covers retains the right to use the design in our portfolio and promotional materials to showcase our work. This includes featuring the cover on our website, social media, and other marketing platforms.

Revisions

The project fee includes a specific number of design revisions. These revisions allow you to provide feedback and make changes to the design. If additional revisions are requested beyond the initial agreed-upon number, additional charges may apply.

Client Satisfaction

Lucenthaven Covers is dedicated to providing exceptional design services and client satisfaction. We will work diligently to meet your expectations and address any concerns promptly.

Confidentiality

All client information will be treated as strictly confidential. We understand the importance of protecting your intellectual property and will handle your information with the utmost care.

Delivery Timeline

The turnaround time for custom book cover design will be 7-14 business days. Extensions may occur once the client requested additional revisions.Lucenthaven Covers strive to meet the agreed-upon project deadlines. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could cause delays. We will communicate any potential delays to the client as soon as possible and work to minimize their impact on the project timeline.

Payment Terms

All invoices must be settled within the specified payment period. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total project cost is required to initiate the design process. The final design files will be released upon full payment. Lucenthaven Covers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any project with outstanding balances.

Accreditation

Proper crediting of Lucenthaven Covers as the book cover designer is essential. Please include our name in a visible format on both digital and print copies of the book.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds for pre-made designs are not applicable. However, clients may request exclusive purchase rights to a pre-made design, subject to mutual agreement.For custom design projects, either the client or the designer may cancel with prior notice.
